Godfred Eyiah-Mensah, M.D.

Dr. Eyiah-Mensah earned his Doctorate in Medicine from SUNY Upstate Medical University and completed his residency in General & Trauma Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He focuses on wound care in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and home care settings, with an emphasis on addressing healthcare disparities.

As Chief Medical Officer and Co-Founder of AFRA Health, Inc., AFRA@Home, pLLC, and AFRA Wound Academy, Dr. Eyiah-Mensah combines clinical expertise with an entrepreneurial vision — including telemedicine initiatives that extend quality wound care to underserved urban communities.
